Our Promise
We take pride in every piece we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we want to make it right.
Custom Products
Because our products are custom-made to your exact specifications (name, number, colors, etc.), we generally cannot accept returns on personalized items. Please carefully review all details before confirming your order. We will email you to confirm the specifics before starting production.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you, including free shipping on the replacement.
Order Errors
If we made an error on your custom order (wrong name, wrong color, wrong number, etc.) we will remake the item at no charge. Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue so we can begin the replacement promptly.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started on your custom item, the order cannot be cancelled. If you're unsure about your order status, contact us and we'll let you know.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom products (rush orders, blank shields, etc.), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is in unused, original condition. Contact us to initiate a return.
