By accessing and using firehelmetshields.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

Products & Custom Orders

All products are handmade and custom-crafted to your specifications. Standard production time is approximately 2-4 weeks unless a rush order is placed. Because each item is made to order, please double-check all details (names, numbers, colors, sizes) before placing your order.

We will confirm order details via email before production begins. Once production has started on a custom item, the order cannot be cancelled.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all fire helmet shields within the United States. Non-shield items ship at a flat rate of $5.99. International shipping (currently Canada only) rates are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns on personalized items. We will replace damaged or defective items at no cost. See our Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, because each item is handmade from natural leather, slight variations in color, texture, and grain are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. Monitor settings may also affect how colors appear.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Fire Helmet Shields and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Limitation of Liability

Fire Helmet Shields provides products for cosmetic and personalization purposes. Our products are not safety equipment and are not intended to replace any certified protective gear. Fire Helmet Shields shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Warranty Disclaimer

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. However, leather is a natural material that will show wear over time, especially in active fire service conditions. We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship but do not guarantee against normal wear and tear.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. We encourage you to contact us first at firehelmetshields@gmail.com to resolve any issues before pursuing formal action.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
