Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all fire helmet shields within the continental United States. Non-shield items (glove straps, truck belts, nameplates, etc.) ship at a flat rate of $5.99 within the US.
Production Time
All products are handmade to order. Standard production time is approximately 2-4 weeks (10-20 business days) from the date your order is confirmed. We take great care in crafting each piece, and this timeline ensures the highest quality.
Need it sooner? We offer a Rush Production option (5-Day Guarantee) for $75.00 at checkout. Rush orders are prioritized and ship within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Methods
- US Standard: USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days after production)
- US Rush: USPS Priority Mail Express (1-3 business days after production)
- Canada: USPS First-Class International ($14.99, 14-28 business days)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders are subject to a $14.99 shipping fee and longer delivery times (14-28 business days). Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost to you. See our Refund & Returns Policy for more details.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
