How long does a bulk order take?
Typical 10-50 shield orders take 4-6 weeks. Firm timeline comes with your quote.
Can shields in the order differ?
Yes — different names, numbers, ranks, and colors per shield. Shield shape stays consistent.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We issue real Stripe invoices with 30-day terms and can include your PO number, W-9, and tax ID on request.
What if a shield has an error?
We double-check every detail against your approved spreadsheet. If we make an error, we remake the shield at no charge.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free ground shipping on every department order within the continental US regardless of quantity.
