If you've ever tried to transmit on a belt-clipped portable while doing a primary search, you already know why a real leather radio strap is worth what it costs.
Ours is one size fits all: a heavy-duty Velcro closure adjusts it over your bunker gear, and it's designed so you don't have to untangle it every time you put it on. Each strap is cut from vegetable-tanned leather, 1 1/4" wide, with beveled edges so it doesn't dig into your neck, and durable brass hardware. It's a strap, not a holster: no radio pocket or antenna pouch.
Every strap is stamped with your name, department, rank, or custom text. Choose black or dark brown leather, white, gold, or red lettering, and your stitching color.

Is a leather radio strap actually better than a nylon one?

Leather holds its shape under load, ages well, and doesn't stretch out. Nylon straps sag after a few months and the hardware tends to be cheap plastic. A leather strap costs more up front but outlasts three or four nylon straps.
Does it have a radio pocket?
