This is a replacement Velcro passport for the Legacy Passport Fire Helmet Shield. If your current passport insert is worn out or you need a different configuration for a new rig assignment, promotion, or station transfer, this is all you need.
Just peel off the old passport and stick on the new one. The heavy-duty Velcro backing keeps it firmly in place on the fireground. If you have a different brand of passport-style fire helmet shield with Velcro backing, I can make a replacement passport sized to fit your specific setup. Just include your shield dimensions when ordering.

Each shield takes 4-5 hours of hands-on work and our standard production time is approximately 21 business days. Every shield is handcrafted to order: designed, laser cut from 9oz bridle leather, hand tooled, laser etched, hand painted, machine stitched on a Cobra Class 3, and edge finished before shipping.
We use premium 9-ounce vegetable-tanned bridle leather sourced from American retailers. This is the same weight of leather used in saddles and heavy-duty belts: thick, dense, and built to withstand the demands of the fireground. It's naturally heat and water resistant and holds its shape when wet.
