I build each Titan from high-quality vegetable-tanned leather, personalized with your rank, station number, department name, or whatever you want. This large-format fire helmet shield fits all traditional helmets and looks especially sharp on a Cairns 1010 or Phenix TL-2.

Each shield takes 4-5 hours of hands-on work and our standard production time is approximately 21 business days. Every shield is handcrafted to order: designed, laser cut from 9oz bridle leather, hand tooled, laser etched, hand painted, machine stitched on a Cobra Class 3, and edge finished before shipping.
We use premium 9-ounce vegetable-tanned bridle leather sourced from American retailers. This is the same weight of leather used in saddles and heavy-duty belts: thick, dense, and built to withstand the demands of the fireground. It's naturally heat and water resistant and holds its shape when wet.
